What happens when someone taps the card?
Their phone opens your personalised quick-access page. From there, they can choose to save your contact details, call, book, leave a review, visit your website or use another link you have included.
What can be included on my business page?
Your page can include contact details, phone calls, booking links, Google reviews, websites, portfolios, Instagram, Facebook, directions and other useful links.
How many Tap Cards are included?
Blumify Lite includes 1 Tap Card, while the Business Kit and Annual Business Kit include 3. Additional Blumify Cards are £4.99, or £19.99 for a pack of five. Additional Blumify Stands are £15 each. Shipping included.
What happens if a card is lost or damaged?
Please contact us about lost or damaged cards and we’ll be happy to help.
Do customers need an app?
Normally no. On most compatible smartphones, the customer wakes or unlocks the phone, holds the card against the back of the device, then taps the prompt that appears. The exact NFC reader position can vary slightly by phone model.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Use the Manage subscription page to access your billing securely. You can update your payment method, view invoices and cancel your subscription.
